Home Equity Line of Credit

Use the equity in your home to secure a line of credit at a great rate for personal or business needs.  You can borrow and pay-down as you desire or your business requires.  There are no closing cost, application fees or recording fees. Monthly payments are based upon a 15-year amortization. Subject to credit approval. The rate will be calculated using the highest Prime Rate published in the Wall Street Journal on the 10th day of each month.  Annual Percentage Rate may vary, but cannot exceed 16.9%. Minimum interest rate of 3.25% . For Investment Properties, rate will be Prime Rate plus 1% with a minimum rate of 5.00%.
